Refund and Returns Policy

We understand that there may be occasions when you need to return a purchase, and we want to make the process as smooth as possible.   1. Returns Eligibility:

    • Returns are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  2. Items Not Eligible for Return:

    • We cannot accept returns on the following items:
      • Items that have been altered, customized, or damaged due to misuse.
      • Items that are marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
  3. Initiating a Return:

    • To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
      • Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
      • You can reach our customer service team via support@thehouseofrave.com.
      • Provide the following information when requesting an RA number:
        • Your order number.
        • A detailed description of the item(s) you wish to return.
        • The reason for the return.
  4. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged item).
    • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.
    • Please include the RA number on the outside of the package and on any paperwork inside.
  5. Inspection and Refund:

    • Once we receive your returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria.
    • If your return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method as quickly as possible.
    • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account.
  6. Exchanges:

    • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
